"Delivery felt disorganized"
My package ended up arriving late, and the worst part was not really knowing what was going on. The updates were unclear or just missing, so I felt left in the dark the whole time

"Pretty frustrating experience"
I’m not happy at all with how this went. The whole experience was just frustrating, and it felt like every time I thought something was sorted, the goalposts moved again. Definitely not ordering from them again.

My order from gaiaethnobotanical.com showed up packaged really well, honestly. The box felt sturdy, nothing inside was crushed, and there were no leaks, so I don’t really see much to complain about there.
The items were sealed properly and there was enough padding inside to keep everything in place. It didn’t look rushed or sloppy, which I appreciate because I’ve definitely received worse from other places.
I’m only giving 4 stars because the outside box had a small dent, but to be fair, that didn’t affect the products at all. So yeah, maybe it’s a minor gripe, but overall I was happy with how everything was packed.

I don’t know, maybe I just got unlucky, but my order from gaiaethnobotanical.com really didn’t seem fresh when it arrived. The product looked a bit old to me and just wasn’t what I was expecting. Could’ve been a bad batch, I guess, but I’m hesitant to order from them again.

"Pretty weak, won’t be buying again"
I gave this a try and it felt really weak to me. I used the same amount I normally would and barely noticed anything at all. Maybe it was an old batch or something, I don’t know, but for the price I expected a lot better. If it was a freshness or quality control issue, that feels preventable. Overall, I was disappointed and wouldn’t buy it again.

"Couldn’t get the discount to work"
I went on gaiaethnobotanical.com because I saw they had a discount posted, but when I tried using the code at checkout it just kept saying it was invalid. I wasn’t sure if I was doing something wrong or if the deal wasn’t active anymore. I also signed up for their emails thinking maybe I’d get a different code, but later I just got the same offer again, which was kind of confusing. The prices seemed alright overall, but the promo part felt annoying and not very clear. I’d maybe order sometime if the deals actually worked

I was looking through the product pages sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and the descriptions didn’t help much. They felt vague and a little confusing, so I couldn’t really tell what I’d actually be getting. In the end, I just didn’t feel confident enough to place an order

"Subscription was way more annoying than it needed to be"
I signed up thinking the subscription would make my life easier, and somehow it did the exact opposite. I was just trying to save a little time, not enter some kind of digital obstacle course.
Changing anything felt ridiculously complicated. I had to click around forever, and canceling was not clear at all. For something that should take like two seconds, I was sitting there getting more dramatic by the minute, basically ready to declare war on the whole website.
The products might be totally fine, but the subscription setup ruined it for me. I don’t want to feel like I’m negotiating my freedom just to edit or stop a plan, so I probably won’t order again

I really wanted to feel confident ordering from gaiaethnobotanical.com, especially because a friend had mentioned checking them out. The site seemed okay at first, but when I started looking for lab testing info, clear COAs, or recent third-party results, I had a hard time finding anything detailed enough.
Maybe they do test their products and I just missed it, but it wasn’t obvious to me. That kind of transparency matters a lot, so unless they make the lab results easier to verify, I probably wouldn’t order again or recommend it to someone else

"In my case, the refund was handled okay"
I ended up needing a refund because there was an issue with my order. From my experience, it wasn’t the fastest process, it took a couple of days and I did have to send one follow-up email. That said, they did get back to me, and the refund showed up just like they said it would. Not perfect, but it felt fair enough overall. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Shipping was faster than I expected"
I ordered from gaiaethnobotanical.com and the package got here quicker than I thought it would. I got the order receipt by email right away, and the tracking email worked fine too. It wasn’t like overnight shipping or anything, but overall the speed was decent and I had no issues.

"Consistent quality, but plan ahead"
I’ve ordered from Gaia Ethnobotanical a few times now, and the biggest thing I’ve noticed is that the products have been consistent each time. The texture, smell, and overall quality haven’t felt random or hit-or-miss like I’ve experienced with a couple other vendors.
I’m giving 4 stars because shipping has been a little slow once or twice, so I’d warn people not to wait until the last minute if you’re planning to reorder. It hasn’t been a huge issue for me, but it’s worth keeping in mind. Overall, I like knowing what to expect when I buy again.

"A Bit Rich for My Wallet"
I took one look at the prices and my wallet basically started laughing. Compared to other shops, everything felt way too expensive, so I just couldn’t really justify placing an order here. Guess I’ll save my money for something wild, like groceries.

When my order arrived, everything looked fine at first, so I was hopeful. As I started going through it, though, I noticed the quality was kind of a mixed bag. Some pieces seemed fresh and exactly what I expected, but a few others looked a little dry and not as appealing. It wasn’t bad enough to be a major complaint, but it also didn’t really impress me. Overall, I’d say it was just okay

I emailed customer service about my order and, it just took way longer than I was expecting to hear back. Like, they did eventually respond and everything, but the waiting around was kind of frustrating, especially since I actually needed help at the time...
